Shipping policy

How long does it take to process my order?

All orders are processed within 48 business hours (2 working days). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

When will I receive my tracking number?

You’ll receive a Confirmation Email once we receive your order, followed by a Shipment Confirmation Email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. If you’re unsure about your location, feel free to contact our support team before placing an order.

How are customs duties and taxes handled outside the EU?

If you are ordering outside the European Union, please note:

  • You are responsible for ensuring the product can be legally imported to your country.

  • Our prices do not include local duties, VAT, or customs clearance fees. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office.

  • We provide accurate customs documentation with your full order value and details as required by law.

  • We do not declare orders as “gifts” or “samples” to bypass duties.

We recommend contacting your local customs office to understand any additional fees before ordering.

What if my package is delayed due to customs or high order volume?

While we do our best to ship promptly, customs clearance and seasonal demand may occasionally cause delays. If there is a significant delay, we’ll reach out via email or phone with updates.

Will I be refunded for customs-related delivery refusals?

No. Duties and taxes are non-refundable. If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid import fees, we will not refund the original shipping or return shipping charges.
